As Head of African Operations in Black Beetle, I believe in providing people with the tools and resources they need to achieve their goals and prosper. My mission is to create a sustainable and just economy that works for everyone, regardless of their background or circumstances. I am deeply concerned about the impact that years of conflict and uncertainty have had on our African children. It is obvious that if we do not act soon, we risk creating a generation of young people who have been denied the stability and security they need to thrive. That is why I am committed to working with our partners to find solutions that will help us build a brighter future for all of African children and Africa as a whole.

Sonia Booker

Chief Operating Officer

Sonia Booker has over 20 years’ experience as an active real estate investor, developer, and manager of more than $200 million in real estate assets, including apartment buildings,
condominiums, small hotels, and residential real estate. Her career has been greatly
influenced by her ten-year partnership with Herman J. Russell. H. J. Russell & Company is a conglomerate that includes communications, construction, property management, real estate development, and airport concessions. The company was involved in the
development of landmark structures in the United States, including: the Carter Presidential Center; the Coca-Cola Company world headquarters; Georgia Power Company headquarters building; the Hartsfield International Airport in Atlanta, and the Georgia
Dome Stadium to name a few.

Gerald Fils

Chief Financial Officer

Gerald is CFO of Black Beetle Inc. He oversees the financial management, treasury, reporting and oversight, as well as administration. He has managed over $2 billion in assets and has amassed a broad range of experience across the real estate investing and development landscape. He works at Merrill Lynch as a Wealth Management Advisor. Gerald has also worked at Morgan Stanley and UBS where he provided companies with an exit strategy and financing for mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Fils also advises middle market companies regarding capital raising. He has more than fifteen years of experience in financial services. Mr. Fils graduated from Cornell University. Mr. Fils serves on the boards of Cornell Club of Washington and the American Lung Association. He heads the Washington, D.C. chapter of the Black Ivy League Alumni. In his free time, he enjoys working with his church youth group and volunteering with a local Washington nonprofit -- Powerful Beyond Measure.

Michael Daniels

General Counsel

Michael L. Daniels is a Virginia attorney with a demonstrated history of working in
Technology, Business, and Law. He is skilled in Taxation, Corporate Law, and Advocacy.
He is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center and holds both a J.D. and an LL.M.
in Taxation. In addition to his legal degrees, he holds a bachelor’s degree in computer
science from Alabama A&M University and an MBA from New York Institute of
Technology. Prior to entering the legal profession, he worked for the federal government
as a software engineer, joined a small startup IT company and served on its leadership
team, worked for a large consulting firm, and ran his own IT company for 15 years."

As a proven systems administrator with 18 years of experience, I have a wealth of knowledge and expertise to help clients navigate complex systems and improve workflow productivity. Throughout my years in aviation, I have provided operational support for private aircraft owners, which has proven to be invaluable in understanding how to successfully cater to the needs of clients.
